How it works

Group Coaching is all about progressing on your goals and building momentum as a Collective.

  • All new members of the Collective go through a rigorous survey process when they join in order to establish a thorough base-line. These surveys are carefully reviewed by our team and within a week of joining, you will jump on a 1:1 coaching call with Kaelyn to discuss your personalized roadmap with clear actions for the upcoming 3 months (broken down into weekly actions).

  • Group Coaching calls are not just Q+A sessions with Kaelyn. Instead, these are opportunities to connect with other Collective members, go over your progress, discuss any challenges, and celebrate each little win! You will walk away from each call with clear goals for the following week and the energy to take action!

  • Participate in weekly group accountability sessions to help you gain and maintain momentum on your content strategy and complete your assignment for the week. Each Scholar is held accountable to their goals.

  • Quarterly Audits and the corresponding reports are all about tracking the progress that’s been made and identify what is working, what isn’t, and what we might want to experiment in the upcoming quarter. You will leave this call with a tangible written report which you can keep for your own records, in addition to clear next steps for the next 3 months.

  • As a Collective member you will access the complete library of Accelerator Lesson Recordings on Personal Branding, as well as further lessons on Business Operations, Marketing, and Social Media Growth.

    This is a resource which is not available to anyone but those signed up to the Collective and cannot be purchased separately at this time.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?

    Each member agrees to a 3 month minimum. This is so we can track your results and ideally see a significant uptick in brand and revenue growth. Some strategies require time not only to implement but to test. Furthermore, the connections we hope you will make in the Collective are intended to develop into collaborations, friendships, and future partnerships and every great relationships takes some time.

  • What is included in the Quarterly Audit

    When each student enters the Collective, they go through a rather intricate survey process in order to outline their goals and clearly indicate where they stand from the jump. 3 months later, you will meet 1:1 with Kaelyn to see how you are progressing towards your goals, analyze marketing funnel stats, and set a clear roadmap for the following three months.

  • How much is it to join the Collective

    The Collective Group Coaching program is £250/month or £600/quarter
