How it works

Group Coaching is all about progressing on your goals and building momentum as a Collective.

  • Each member of the Collective is hand selected through an application process to ensure they are the right fit for Group Coaching and are in a place with their brands where they are primed to learn, implement, and apply marketing and product development strategies and build a business.

    Each applicant is notified within 1 week if they have been accepted (excluding personal and national holidays)

  • All new members of the Collective go through a rigorous survey process when they join in order to establish a thorough base-line. These surveys are carefully reviewed by our team and within a week of joining, you will receive a personalized roadmap with clear actions for the upcoming 3 months (broken down into bi-weekly chunks).

  • Group Coaching calls are not just Q+A sessions with Kaelyn. Instead, these are opportunities to connect with other Collective members, go over your progress, discuss any challenges, and celebrate each little win! You will walk away from each call with clear goals for the following two weeks and the energy to take action!

  • Quarterly Audits and the corresponding reports are all about tracking the progress that’s been made and identify what is working, what isn’t, and what we might want to experiment in the upcoming quarter. You will leave this call with a tangible written report which you can keep for your own records, in addition to clear next steps for the next 3 months.

  • Shared with your Coach, your Notion Dashboard is where you will keep track of your content, manage your marketing funnels, outline email sequences and more. This is a dedicated business development hub which you can use and update over time. This is also where you will find your Onboarding Survey, your Quarterly Audit Reports, and notes from our bi-wekly calls.

  • Why do I have to apply to join the Educated Collective?

    The Educated Collective members are carefully selected to ensure that each person that comes in receives the support and feedback they deserve. Furthermore, this Group Coaching program is a commitment and demands that each member meet their objectives each quarter so that we are all building positive momentum. In order to do so, I read through each application to make sure we are a good fit for one another.

  • When should I hear back about my application?

    Applications are reviewed once per week (when in office) and notifications are sent out on either Mondays or Tuesdays.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?

    Each member agrees to a 3 month minimum. This is so we can track your results and ideally see a significant uptick in brand and revenue growth. Some strategies require time not only to implement but to test. Furthermore, the connections we hope you will make in the Collective are intended to develop into collaborations, friendships, and future partnerships and every great relationships takes some time.

  • What is included in the Quarterly Audit

    When each student enters the Collective, they go through a rather intricate survey process in order to outline their goals and clearly indicate where they stand from the jump. 3 months later, you will meet 1:1 with Kaelyn to see how you are progressing towards your goals, analyze marketing funnel stats, and set a clear roadmap for the following three months.

  • How much is it to join the Collective

    The Collective Group Coaching program is £497/month or £1350/quarter or £5000/year
